We were very excited to photograph Maya and Brian’s ceremony even before it started. We were aware that it was going to happen on a boat – Godspeed – that belonged to their friend. We did photography on boats before, but never on a boat of this kind – a small sailing boat. The experience exceeded our expectations. We were so honored to be there with Maya and Brian, their close friends and witnesses and the minister. All of them were so warm and welcoming and the exchange of the vows when the boat was sailing on Lake Ontario was truly a magical moment. We think that the pictures captured at least a small part of this magic.
